  • What is your return policy?

    At Junk Food Clothing, your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date. All exchanges must be even.   • I received my order and want to return it. How do I do that?

    All returns must be approved and customer is responsible for shipping charges. If you wish to return merchandise that is in accordance with Junk Food Clothing return policy, please follow the guidelines below:

    1. 1. Click on the Orders and Returns Link.
      • Fill out your Order ID
      • Enter the Billing Last Name on the order
      • Find Order By: Email Address or Zip Code, enter your information and select continue.
      • Click on Returns link
      • Enter contact email address
      • Select Item(s) you would like to return
      • Select Quantity to Return
      • Select Item Condition
      • Select Reason to Return
      • Enter any additional comments then click Submit
    2. 2. Obtain an RA Number. An email will be sent to the contact email address with a Return Authorization Number within 24 to 48 hours.

    3. 3. Ship your order backPack your merchandise carefully. Each returned boxed item must have a Junk Food Return Authorization Number written on the OUTSIDE of the package, and shipped via insured carrier for tracking purposes to:

  • What is your return policy on sale items?

    All Sale purchases are FINAL SALE. $10 Tees and Mystery Packs are final sale. Return requests on sale merchandise in store and online will not be accepted.

  • I received my order and I want to exchange it. Can I do that?

  • Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?

    Yes, customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.

  • Have you received my return items?

    As soon as your return item(s) are received and checked in by the Junk Food Clothing warehouse, you will be issued a refund and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in. If you believe your return package has been received and you have not yet been refunded, please send an email to webstore@junkfoodforever.com.

  • How long will it take to see my refund on my credit card?

    Money will appear back in your account within 4-6 business days, depending on your bank.

    We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75.

  • How is my order shipped?

    All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped within 48 hours, this confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Shipments can then be tracked at www.ups.com.

  • How long do ground-shipping orders take?

    Standard ground via UPS will normally be processed within 48 hours and will arrive within 4-6 business days from shipment date. Because we are based on the west coast, west coast destinations in the U.S. will arrive sooner than east coast destinations. Note: We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Standard orders placed before 11 AM PST will start processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST (Monday-Thursday) will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed after 11 AM PST (Friday-Sunday) will begin processing on the following Monday pending availability and credit verification. Junk Food Clothing will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

  • Does Junk Food Clothing ship Internationally?

    Unfortunately at this time Junk Food Clothing only ships within the continental United States. Junk Food Clothing does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Nor do we accept international forms of payment.
