    We have a size chart to help you determine your size when ordering from JunkFoodClothing.com. Because sizing and cut may vary between fabrications and styles, please use the chart as a general guide to compare the size scale. Most styles now have model specs and garment fit comments which will help you determine your correct size. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email or phone.

  • Which credit cards do you accept?

    JunkFoodClothing.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Currently, only California residents are required to pay sales tax.

  • What if an item I ordered is not available?

    Junk Food Clothing makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your total as well as shipping confirmation.

  • Do you restock items that are sold out?

    Unfortunately, we do not restock most items that are sold out. You may also contact Customer Service regarding availability.

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders. If you have questions about ordering online, please call Customer Service and they will assist you.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping, or add items to orders once the order has already processed.

    We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75.

  • How is my order shipped?

    All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped within 48 hours, this confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

    Shipments can then be tracked at www.ups.com

  • How long do ground-shipping orders take?

    Standard ground via UPS will normally be processed within 48 hours and will arrive within 4-6 business days from shipment date. Because we are based on the west coast, west coast destinations in the U.S. will arrive sooner than east coast destinations. Note: We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Standard orders placed before 11 AM PST will start processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST (Monday-Thursday) will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed after 11 AM PST (Friday-Sunday) will begin processing on the following Monday pending availability and credit verification. Junk Food Clothing will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

  • Does Junk Food Clothing ship Internationally?

    Unfortunately at this time Junk Food Clothing is only able to ship within the continental United States.

  • General Guidelines?
    • Junk Food Clothing is not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
    • Junk Food Clothing does not ship Internationally.
    • Business days are defined as Monday-Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
    • Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
    • All orders are pending until address, payment, price, and merchandise availability are verified. Payment approval must be obtained before your order is shipped. Upon verification, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
Returns and Exchanges:
  • What is your return policy?

    At Junk Food Clothing, your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date. All exchanges must be even.

    Please follow the instructions below:
    Each returned boxed item must have a Junk Food Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact Customer Service at 877-458-5865 or send an email to webstore@junkfoodforever.com . Please include your Customer PO# in the email, in addition to the style number and reason for return.

    Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RA Number.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

    Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.

    Junk Food gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of your online purchase ship date. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional or limited time percentage off discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. Please contact Customer Service directly for processing.

  • Where do I send my return or exchange?

    Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package must have your RA # clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipped to the following address:

  • What about Sale Items?

    SALE items, $10 Tees, and Mystery Tee Packs are all final sale. No exchanges or returns will be permitted for such items.
