In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. In order to submit a change to an order, the original order will be cancelled and placed again. Any cancellation requests will need to be made before processing in our warehouse. If the order is not updated in the allotted time, you will need to process a regular return. You can reach out to customer service to confirm the status of your order at email@example.com.
I am having trouble placing my order. When I check with my bank, it appears that I was charged. However, I never received a confirmation email with my order number.
If you have not received a confirmation email with your order number then your order may not have gone through. It may appear that your transaction has been authorized, however, these funds are simply “pending.” Once our bank contacts your bank, the funds will reappear back in your account. This should take no longer than 48 hours.
The site does not accept my billing address. I see an error code which reads "AVS MISMATCH.” When you receive an AVS error, it is linked to a problem with payment.
Some common reasons for this would be: mismatched billing linked to the card, a non-domestic card or billing address, gift cards, spaces between the card’s numbers or a mismatched CVC code. Our site is sensitive for security purposes, so a detail as small as a capital letter instead of a lowercase letter or "street” instead of “st” may be the reason for this. Please contact your bank for your EXACT billing address and enter this information. This should solve your problem. I placed an order and it was declined. I received a message that stated that the order did not go through because it was a duplicate transaction. Why did this happen and what can I do?
If you placed an order and it does not go through because an error occurred (billing mismatch, incorrect credit card information, etc) you must wait at least 2 minutes before you try to place your order again. If you do not wait 2 minutes and place your order again, your order will automatically be declined because the order will be considered a duplicate transaction.
If your order is cancelled, you will be informed immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours if inventory does become available. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
Unfortunately, we do not restock most items that are sold out. You may also contact Customer Service regarding availability at email@example.com.
Junk Food Clothing gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of your online purchase ship date. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. We have a size chart to help you determine your size when ordering from JunkFoodClothing.com. Because sizing and cut may vary between fabrications and styles, please use the chart as a general guide to compare the size scale. Please email email@example.com with any questions regarding sizing. We will be happy to answer all sizing questions as well as provide a size chart for you.

After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form to send back your incorrect item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

At Junk Food Clothing, your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. - 2. Obtain an RA Number. An email will be sent to the contact email address with a Return Authorization Number within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes, customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
As soon as your return item(s) are received and checked in by the Junk Food Clothing warehouse, you will be issued a refund and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in. If you believe your return package has been received and you have not yet been refunded, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Money will appear back in your account within 4-6 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping and Handling
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75.
All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped within 48 hours, this confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Shipments can then be tracked at www.ups.com.
Standard ground via UPS will normally be processed within 48 hours and will arrive within 4-6 business days from shipment date. Because we are based on the west coast, west coast destinations in the U.S. will arrive sooner than east coast destinations. Note: We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Standard orders placed before 11 AM PST will start processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST (Monday-Thursday) will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed after 11 AM PST (Friday-Sunday) will begin processing on the following Monday pending availability and credit verification. Junk Food Clothing will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Unfortunately at this time Junk Food Clothing only ships within the continental United States. Junk Food Clothing does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Nor do we accept international forms of payment.
