Sizing and Availability
A size chart is available to help determine the size you wish to order. This chart can be used as a general guide, but keep in mind that sizing and cut may vary between styles. If you have specific questions, please chat with us during our regular business hours or email email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we do not restock most items that are sold out. You may also contact Customer Service regarding availability at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Junk Food Clothing makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we sell out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your total as well as shipping confirmation.
Placing & Changing Orders
In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. To change an order, our customer service representative must cancel the original order and place the order again. All change requests must be made before warehouse processing. If warehouse processing has already begun, a return would be necessary.

If your order is cancelled, you will immediately be informed via email.
Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours if inventory does become available. If your order contains additional items that are not out of stock, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from the order.
All orders are pending until address, payment, price, and merchandise availability are verified. Payment approval must be obtained before your order is shipped.
Upon verification, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
Junk Food gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of your online purchase ship date. A price adjustment is issued as a refund to your method of payment on eligible orders. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. We offer free, ground shipping on all orders over $75.
All orders are shipped via UPS Surepost. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Shipments can then be tracked at www.ups.com. You can check the status of your order with the Orders and Returns Portal.
Standard ground orders will normally be processed within 48 hours and will arrive within 4-6 business days from shipment date.
A business day is any day other than Saturday, Sunday, holidays or other business closings. Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Standard orders placed before 11 AM PST on a regular business day, will begin processing the same day, and will ship within 2 business days. All other orders will begin processing the following (non-holiday) business day, and will ship within 2 business days.
Junk Food Clothing will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification for credit verification. You can check the status of your order with our Orders and Returns Portal.

Unfortunately, at this time Junk Food Clothing only ships within the continental United States. Junk Food Clothing does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not accept international forms of payment.

If you have not received a confirmation email containing your order number, then your order may not have gone through.
It may appear that your transaction has been authorized on your bank statement, however, these funds are simply “pending.” Once our bank contacts your bank, the funds will reappear back in your account. This should take no longer than 48 hours.
Some common reasons for this would be: mismatched billing address linked to the card, a non-domestic card or billing address, gift cards, spaces between the card’s numbers or a mismatched CVC code. Our site is sensitive for security purposes, so a detail as small as a capital letter instead of a lowercase letter or "street” instead of “st” may be the reason for this. Please wait 2 minutes in between attempts to place your order.
If this error continues, please contact your bank for your EXACT billing address and enter this information. This should solve your problem. If you are still experiencing issues after verifying the accuracy of your billing address and the information above, please feel free to contact us through live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

This likely occurred due to a previous error requiring the re-submission of an order.
Example: You placed an order and you got an error, (a billing mismatch, incorrect credit card information, etc) you corrected the error and re-submitted your order. If this second attempt occurred too quickly, then the order will be flagged as a duplicate transaction and cause an automatic decline.

After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form to return your incorrect item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date.The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back to Junk Food Clothing. All exchanges must be of even value. We do not accept online returns at our retail stores. Junk Food Clothing will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing original tags. The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion. Junk Food Clothing has the right to deny credit if merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

To begin a return or exchange, use our Orders and Returns portal to make a request. All returns must be approved and the customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending your merchandise back to JF. However, if you need to return an incorrectly shipped item, please contact customer service directly at email@example.com.
If you wish to return merchandise that meets the requirements of the Junk Food Clothing return policy, please follow the step by step guide below:
1. Visit the Orders/Returns portal to get started!This link is also located in the upper right hand corner on JunkFoodClothing.com.
- Fill in the required fields and click Continue. Your order number can be found on your packing slip or on your Order Confirmation Email.
- You will be presented with your Order Information Page.
- Click on the Return link located in the top right of the Order Information page.
- Verify your email address . If it is incorrect, enter your correct email into the field provided.
- Add Item(s) you would like to return, and provide requested details and desired Resolution (Exchange or Refund).
- Enter additional comments in the Comments box and click Submit. If you are requesting an EXCHANGE, please provide the replacement item’s SKU, color, and size. Remember that all exchanged items must be for an item of equal value.
2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and pack your items for shipping.
Within 24-48 hours, an email will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization Number. Pack your items and write your assigned RA Number on the OUTSIDE of the package; failure to do so will slow down your return process. We encourage you to reuse the original shipping package!

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
We will be happy to provide return shipment in the unlikely event that your order is shipped incorrectly.
As soon as your return item(s) are received and checked in by the Junk Food Clothing warehouse, you will be issued a refund and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in. If you believe your return package has been received and you have not yet been refunded, please send an email to email@example.com.
If you returned the item via an insured carrier with tracking, you can follow your return using the tracking number provided by the postal service.
Your refund amount will be applied to your bank account within 4-6 business days after receipt of your returned items, depending on your bank’s policy.
