Placing & Changing Orders

  • 1. Can I make changes to my order?

    In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. To change an order, our customer service representative must cancel the original order and place the order again. All change requests must be made before warehouse processing. If warehouse processing has already begun, a return would be necessary.

  • 2. How do I cancel an order?

    You can make a request by contacting our customer service team at

  • 3. Why was my order canceled?

    If your order is cancelled, you will immediately be informed via email.

    Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours if inventory does become available. If your order contains additional items that are not out of stock, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from the order.

  • 4. My order is still pending, what does this mean?

    All orders are pending until address, payment, price, and merchandise availability are verified. Payment approval must be obtained before your order is shipped.

    Upon verification, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.

  • 5. The item I purchased is now on sale, can I get a price adjustment?

    Junk Food gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of your online purchase ship date. A price adjustment is issued as a refund to your method of payment on eligible orders. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment.   • 1. Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free, economy shipping on all orders over $75.

  • 2. How is my order shipped?

    If Economy is selected, orders are processed within 2 business days, shipped via UPS SurePost and delivered by USPS. Tracking links are not always available with this shipment method.

    If Ground is selected, orders will take up to 2 business days to prepare for shipment and will be delivered via UPS. Your Shipping Confirmation email will provide you with a tracking link. Shipments can then be tracked at www.ups.com.

    Orders placed with 3 Day Select or Next Day Air will be processed the same day if ordered before 11am PST. They will be shipped using UPS. Your Shipping Confirmation email will provide you with a tracking link. Shipments can then be tracked at www.ups.com.

    You can check the status of your order with the Orders and Returns Portal.

  • 5. Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, at this time Junk Food Clothing only ships within the continental United States. Junk Food Clothing does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not accept international forms of payment.

  • 6. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    No, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Troubleshooting

  • 1. I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order. What should I do?

    If you have not received a confirmation email containing your order number, then your order may not have gone through.

    It may appear that your transaction has been authorized on your bank statement, however, these funds are simply “pending.” Once our bank contacts your bank, the funds will reappear back in your account. This should take no longer than 48 hours.

  • 2. My billing address is not being accepted and I received an AVS error. Why did this happen?

    Some common reasons for this would be: mismatched billing address linked to the card, a non-domestic card or billing address, gift cards, spaces between the card’s numbers or a mismatched CVC code. Our site is sensitive for security purposes, so a detail as small as a capital letter instead of a lowercase letter or "street” instead of “st” may be the reason for this. Please wait 2 minutes in between attempts to place your order.

    If this error continues, please contact your bank for your EXACT billing address and enter this information. This should solve your problem. If you are still experiencing issues after verifying the accuracy of your billing address and the information above, please feel free to contact us through live chat or email webstore@junkfoodforever.com.

  • 3. My order was declined because it was a "duplicate transaction". What should I do?

    To avoid this, please wait 2 minutes before attempting to place your order again.

    This likely occurred due to a previous error requiring the re-submission of an order.

    Example: You placed an order and you got an error, (a billing mismatch, incorrect credit card information, etc) you corrected the error and re-submitted your order. If this second attempt occurred too quickly, then the order will be flagged as a duplicate transaction and cause an automatic decline.

  • 4. I received my order and it is incorrect! What should I do?

    Please email webstore@junkfoodforever.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form to return your incorrect item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

  • 5. I received my order and an item is damaged! What should I do?

    Please email webstore@junkfoodforever.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. After doing so, a replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

  • 6. I am missing items from my order. What should I do?

    Sometimes, the merchandise you order may be shipped from multiple locations and some items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. You will receive a separate email noting tracking information for each shipment.

    If you are missing items and have not received a separate email containing tracking information, please contact customer service.

Returns

  • 1. What is your return policy?

    Full-price Merchandise
    All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date.The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back to Junk Food Clothing. All exchanges must be of even value. We do not accept online returns at our retail stores. Junk Food Clothing will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing original tags. The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion. Junk Food Clothing has the right to deny credit if merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

    Sale Items
    All sale purchases are FINAL SALE. $10 Tees and Mystery Packs are final sale. Return requests on sale merchandise in store and online will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at webstore@junkfoodforever.com.

  • 2. How do I return or exchange an item that I have received?

    To begin a return or exchange, use our Orders and Returns portal.
    If you need to return an incorrectly shipped item, please contact customer service directly at webstore@junkfoodforever.com.

    1. Visit the Orders/Returns portal to submit your return or exchange request.

    2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

    An email will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization Number.

    3. Ship your items!

    Pack your items and write your assigned RA Number on the OUTSIDE of the package; failure to do so will slow down your return process.

  • 3. Can I return items I bought on sale?

    No, all sale purchases are FINAL SALE. $10 Tees and Mystery Packs are final sale. Return requests on sale merchandise in store and online will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at webstore@junkfoodforever.com.

  • 4. Who pays for shipping on my return?

    Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
    We will be happy to provide return shipment in the unlikely event that your order is shipped incorrectly.

  • 5. Have you received my returned items?

    As soon as your return item(s) are received and checked in by the Junk Food Clothing warehouse, you will be issued a refund and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in. If you believe your return package has been received and you have not yet been refunded, please send an email to webstore@junkfoodforever.com.

    If you returned the item via an insured carrier with tracking, you can follow your return using the tracking number provided by the postal service.

  • 6. When will I see my refund on my credit card?

    Your refund amount will be applied to your bank account within 4-6 business days after receipt of your returned items, depending on your bank’s policy.
