Do you have sizing information?
We have added a size chart to help you determine your size when ordering from JunkFoodClothing.com. Because sizing and cut will vary between fabrications and styles please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email or phone.
Which credit cards do you accept?
JunkFoodClothing.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently, only California residents are required to pay sales tax.
What if an item I ordered is not available?
Junk Food Clothing makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are not accepting phone orders at this time. If you have questions about ordering online, please call our customer service staff and they will assist you.
Can I make changes to my order?
In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been transmitted. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped, this confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Shipments can then be tracked at www.ups.com.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping methods:

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days upon receipt. PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to FedEx backups.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are not shipping internationally at this time.
What are your shipping guidelines?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will start processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. JunkFoodClothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
What are the shipping restrictions for my order?
We currently only use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery or ship international orders.
What is your return policy?
At Junkfood Clothing, your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Please follow the instructions below:
All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date. Each returned boxed item must have a Junkfood return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at 877-458-5865 or send an email to email@example.com

Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RMA number.
Where do I send my return or exchange?
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package should have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipped to the following address:

What are your exchange charges?
An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new purchase and will need to be charged prior to shipping. (The freight cost will be waived on exchange within US CONTINENT). Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.
What about Web Specials/Closeout Items?
Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items listed in the Closeout or Web specials categories.
