Returns on full-price merchandise will be accepted by mail within 30 days. All sale purchases are final sale. We do not accept online returns at our retail stores. Junk Food Clothing will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing original tags. The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion. Junk Food Clothing has the right to deny credit if merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Junk Food gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of your online purchase ship date. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. All returns must be approved and customer is responsible for shipping charges. If you wish to return merchandise that is in accordance with Junk Food Clothing return policy, please follow the guidelines below:
- 1. Click on the Orders and Returns Link.
- Fill out your Order ID
- Enter the Billing Last Name on the order
- Find Order By: Email Address or Zip Code, enter your information and select continue.
- Click on Returns link
- Enter contact email address
- Select Item(s) you would like to return
- Select Quantity to Return
- Select Item Condition
- Select Reason to Return
- Enter any additional comments then click Submit
- 2. Obtain an RA Number. An email will be sent to the contact email address with a Return Authorization Number within 24 to 48 hours.
- 3. Ship your order back Pack your merchandise carefully. Each returned boxed item must have a Junk Food Return Authorization Number written on the OUTSIDE of the package, and shipped via insured carrier for tracking purposes to:
