All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date. All exchanges must be of even value. We do not accept online returns at our retail stores. Junk Food Clothing will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing original tags. The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion. Junk Food Clothing has the right to deny credit if merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sale purchases are FINAL SALE. $10 Tees and Mystery Packs are final sale. Return requests on sale merchandise in store and online will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Just missed a sale? Don’t worry! Junk Food gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of your online purchase ship date. A price adjustment is issued as a refund to your method of payment on eligible orders. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. To begin a return or exchange, use our online portal to make a request. All returns must be approved and the customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending your merchandise back to JF. However, if you need to return an incorrectly shipped item, please contact customer service directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to return merchandise that meets the requirements of the Junk Food Clothing return policy, please follow the step by step guide below:
- 1. Visit the Orders/Returns portal to get started! This link is also located in the upper right hand corner on JunkFoodClothing.com.
- Fill in the required fields and click Continue. Your order number can be found on your packing slip or on your Order Confirmation Email.
- You will be presented with your Order Information Page.
- Click on the Return link located in the top right of the Order Information page.
- Verify your email address. If it is incorrect, enter your correct email into the field provided.
- Add Item(s) you would like to return, and provide requested details and desired Resolution (Exchange or Refund).
- Enter additional comments in the Comments box and Submit. If you are requesting an EXCHANGE, please provide the replacement item’s SKU, color, and size. Remember that all exchanged items must be for an item of equal value.
- 2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and pack your items for shipping. Within 24-48 hours, an email will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization Number. Pack your items and write your assigned RA Number on the OUTSIDE of the package; failure to do so will slow down your return process. If possible, we encourage you to reuse the original shipping package!
