We offer everyday FREE shipping on all orders over $75, excluding taxes and after coupons or promotions.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?

Yes. Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has shipped.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING?

We will send you your package's tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find a link to the tracking information in your account.

CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel and/or need to modify your order, such as change of address. We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled, as we start working on shipments as soon as orders are created. If we cannot accommodate your cancellation, you can return your purchase for up to 30 days after shipment is received. Read more about our returns page here.

CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT IF THE ITEMS I ORDERED ARE NOW ON SALE?

Yes - please contact us regarding your order asap, as we allow a price adjustment within a short window period.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE?

Worn items and items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
