Orders & Shipping
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Junk Food Clothing. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Domestic shipping policy: all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipping or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If significant delays are expected for your order we will contact you via phone or email.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00PM are shipped the same day.
Where can I find my tracking?
We will send you your package’s tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find a link to the tracking information in your account.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. But orders can be cancelled, please send us an email to cancel an order
Can I include a gift receipt with my order?
All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to exchange or return. Because of this, we don't offer a separate receipt for gifting.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working on it!
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of shipment received. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Where do I ship my return/exchange?
Returns must be mailed to the address listed below. Please use the prepaid FedEx return label in your order to send back your return.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, our refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer physical gift cards.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
