Orders & Shipping
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Junk Food Clothing. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Domestic shipping policy: Orders with ground shipping placed Monday thru Friday before 9:00AM PST will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 9:00AM PST with ground shipping, it will ship the following business day. Orders placed before 12:00PM PST with expedited shipping will ship the same day. If your order with expedited shipping is placed after 12:00PM PST, it will ship the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If significant delays are expected for your order we will contact you via phone or email.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00AM are shipped the same day.
Where can I find my tracking?
We will send you your package’s tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find a link to the tracking information in your account.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Can I include a gift receipt with my order?
All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to return. Because of this, we don't offer a separate receipt for gifting.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working on it!
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has shipped.
How can I edit my shipping address?
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of shipment received. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. We can only accept returns from junkfoodclothing.com.
Where do I ship my return?
Returns must be mailed to the address listed below. Please use the prepaid FedEx return label in your order to send back your return.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer physical gift cards.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
